Inspection
We go under the house, not just around it, and check moisture levels, insulation condition, framing, and existing vapor barriers. You get photos and a written report rather than a verbal estimate.
Diagnosis & plan
We identify the actual moisture source, grading, plumbing, ventilation, groundwater, and scope a plan around it, instead of selling a standard package regardless of cause.
Treatment
Encapsulation, insulation, and drainage work happen in the order that matters, usually completed in one to two weeks depending on scope.
Warranty & check-ins
Every liner and insulation install is covered, and we'll come back out if conditions change, no charge for a warranty visit.
